What we are
Valley Epoxy Floors is operated by Telaloom ("we", "us"). We are a referral service. We pass your request to an independent, licensed floor-coating contractor, who may contact you to quote the work. We are not the contractor, we do not perform or supervise the work, and any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
Contractors are independent
Contractors are responsible for their own licences, insurance, quotes, contracts, workmanship and warranties. We do not guarantee the quality, price, timing or outcome of any work. Before hiring anyone, check their licence with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (roc.az.gov), ask for a written quote and warranty, and read any contract carefully. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available or will respond within a particular time, and a contractor may decline your request.
Information on this site
The articles, guides, cost ranges and the cost estimator on this site are general information and planning estimates only. They are not quotes, professional advice or a guarantee of what any job will cost or how long a floor will last. Actual prices depend on your slab, the system used and the contractor.
Using the site
You agree to give accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit spam, send abusive or fraudulent requests, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it without permission.
Calls and messages
Calls to our number may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy. By calling or submitting the form you consent to this and to being contacted by us and the contractor about your request.
Content and licences
The site's text, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Some photos are free-to-use stock images, credited in our photo credits and marked as stock photos where shown; they do not depict contractor work or jobs we performed. Other trademarks and names belong to their owners.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from work performed, or not performed, by a contractor, or from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is normally nothing, since the service is free to homeowners) and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The effective date shows when they last changed. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
