Effective November 5, 2026. This policy explains what information Valley Epoxy Floors collects when you use this website or call our phone number, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Valley Epoxy Floors is operated by Telaloom ("we", "us"). We are a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Phoenix Valley with independent, licensed floor-coating contractors. We are not the contractor and we do not perform the work.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code and anything you write about your garage or project.
- Phone calls. If you call our number, the call may be answered by an automated (AI) assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We collect your phone number, what you say, and the details you give the assistant (such as your name, suburb, the size of your garage and what you want done). The assistant tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded.
- Usage information. We use a privacy-focused analytics service to count page views and see which pages and buttons (for example "call" and "get an estimate") are used. It records things like the pages you visit, the site you came from, and your browser, device type and approximate location. It does not use cookies and does not build advertising profiles.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use information
- To connect you with a contractor who can quote your job, and to pass them the details you gave us.
- To respond to your enquiry, and to follow up about your request.
- To report to the contractor on enquiries received through this site.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, and to detect spam and abuse.
- To comply with the law and to resolve disputes.
Who we share it with
- The contractor. We share your name, phone number, suburb and project details, and a link to the call recording or transcript where relevant, with the contractor who receives your request. They are an independent business and handle your information under their own policies. We require them to use it only to respond to your request.
- Service providers that help us run the site, such as website hosting, telephone and AI call-handling, email and messaging delivery, and analytics. They may process information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety. If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business changes. If the business or site is sold or reorganised, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Calls and texts
By submitting the form or calling, you agree that we and the contractor may call or text you about your request. You do not have to agree in order to receive a quote by other means. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop further texts, or tell the caller you do not want more calls.
Call recording and AI assistant
Calls may be recorded, transcribed and handled by an AI assistant. If you do not want that, do not call; use the form on this site instead. Do not give the assistant sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers; it does not need them.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details, call recordings and transcripts only as long as needed to handle your request, report to the contractor, resolve disputes and meet legal duties, which is generally no longer than 12 months. After that we delete or anonymise them. The contractor may keep their own records of jobs they quote or perform.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics does not use cookies. If that changes we will update this policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@valleyepoxyfloors.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honour reasonable requests. We may need to confirm your identity first. We cannot control information already passed to a contractor, but we will tell them about your request.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, such as encrypted connections and limiting who can access it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
